Sian, the founder of Snazzify, has been part of the financial services profession since 2006. She began her career at a high street bank before advancing through various roles, gaining qualifications and experience in both bank and independent financial advice firms. Her career journey includes roles as a Paraplanner, Post-Advice Review and Coaching and Head of Paraplanning.
In 2020, Sian transitioned to outsourced paraplanning, further developing her expertise. She achieved Certified Financial Planner (CFP) status in 2022 and specialises in complex financial planning areas, including estate planning, tax planning through EIS/VCTs, and developing Centralised Investment Propositions for firms.
Beyond Snazzify, Sian is an active member of the financial planning community. She has appeared on numerous podcasts, spoken at industry conferences, and founded The Paraplanner Club, a mentoring scheme for Paraplanners.
We provide the best value to Financial Planners through a flexible, hourly-based support model. Our rate is £100 per hour, and for ongoing paraplanning support, we offer a retained hours service to ensure a consistent and tailored assistance.
